Economy and Jobs

Coins are the primary currency in Mollybot. You earn them through fishing, jobs, daily rewards, and gambling. Coins are spent on bait, shop rods, and runes from the shop.

Daily reward

Section titled “Daily reward”

/daily gives you a coin reward once every 24 hours. Your streak increases by one each consecutive day you claim it. Missing a day resets the streak. Higher streaks mean larger rewards.

Jobs

Section titled “Jobs”

Jobs are the most reliable source of income.

  1. /job list to see the current job rotation.
  2. /job apply job_name to take a job.
  3. /job work to collect your earnings when the cooldown is ready.

Each job has a payout amount and a cooldown period. Use /job status to see your current job and /job cooldown to check how long until you can work again.

Jobs rotate periodically, so the options available today may not be there next week. Higher-tier jobs pay more but have longer cooldowns.

Balance and profile

Section titled “Balance and profile”
  • /balance shows your current coin balance.
  • /profile shows a summary of your stats: level, balance, total fish caught, equipped rod, and more. You can view another player’s profile with /profile user:@username.

Leaderboard

Section titled “Leaderboard”

/leaderboard ranks all players by balance. Use the sort option to rank by level instead.
