Adding Mollybot

Use the invite link to add Mollybot to your server. You will need Manage Server permission in the target server to complete the invite.

Contact the server owner or check the official Mollybot Discord server for the current invite link.

First steps after adding

Once Mollybot is in your server, all slash commands are available immediately to all members. No additional setup is required for basic functionality.

To enable level-up and achievement announcements, configure the announcement channels. See Announcement Channels.

Required permissions

Mollybot needs the following permissions to function correctly:

  • Send Messages — to respond to commands
  • Embed Links — to display formatted embeds
  • Use Application Commands — to register and receive slash commands
  • Read Message History — required for some interactive button flows

These are requested automatically during the invite flow.
